There are the following points for attention in the maintenance of screw tube of injection molding machine:
- Do not start the machine when the barrel does not reach the preset temperature. The new electric heating is generally required to reach the set temperature 30 minutes before operating the screw.
- If the machine stops for more than half an hour each time, it is best to close the blanking port and shoot clean the material in the cylinder, and set the insulation
- Avoid foreign matter falling into the barrel and damaging the screw and barrel. Prevent metal debris and debris from falling into the hopper. If the recycled material is processed, magnetic hopper should be added to prevent iron filings from entering the barrel.
- The use of anti-salivating to ensure that the plastic in the cylinder is completely melted, so as not to damage the transmission system parts when the screw backward.
- Avoid screw idling, skid and other phenomena.
- When using new plastic, the remaining material of the cylinder should be cleaned. When using POM, PVC, PA+GF and other materials, try to reduce the degradation of raw materials, and rinse with PP materials in time after shutdown.
- Avoid mixing POM and PVC into the barrel at the same time, which will cause serious industrial accidents at the melting temperature.
- Found molten plastic abnormal or discoloration, brittle products, should adjust the temperature to confirm the heating ring temperature line work is normal, check whether the screw and over the glue head assembly is damaged.
- Such as disassembly or replacement of the nozzle, screw head, flange, to the surface of the bolt thread coated with high temperature anti-corrosion paste, in order to facilitate future disassembly.
