Ratational molding process is different to extrusion blow molding process, though they both used to produce hollowed plastic toys. Rotational molding machine melt the plastic material with high temperature and the mold will ratated 360 x 360 degree to ensure the plastic reach each corner in side the mold. Then the mold is moved outside and cooled by cold water. And we got the final hollowed toys after the mold is open.
